D-12 VISA TO UKRAINE for foreigners
The D-12 visa – is a long-term visa for entry into Ukraine with subsequent submission for a temporary residence permit in Ukraine for foreign citizens and stateless persons.

CONSULAR FEE
- $65 for processing up to 10 business days
- $130 for processing up to 5 business days

APPLYING FOR A D-12 VISA

- no earlier than 3 months before your planned entry into Ukraine
D-12 VISA PROCESSING TIME
- standard term – up to 10 working days from the date of receipt of documents, may be extended to 30 working days if necessary.
- accelerated term– up to 5 working days from the date of receipt of documents
ENTRY TO UKRAINE WITH A D-12 VISA
- a foreigner crossing the Ukrainian border on the basis of a long-term visa
- stay in Ukraine on this type of visa for up to 90 days.
